Return and Refund Policy

J Light Collection LLC at the moment ONLY provides pre-orders, which means that when payments are made in full orders will take up to 2-3 business days to process, and 5-7 business days to be constructed. Once it's been processed and shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you via texted. A signature is required upon arrival of package by customer.

We strive to provide efficient and amazing customer service to all of our customers. If by any chance you received the wrong package, we will gladly accept the item back, in return for the correct order. The products/ hair MUST NOT be altered and in the same condition it's been received. We will DECLINE the return if the items aren't in their original state.

All wig orders and hair extensions are all FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES unless there was an error on our end. If an order is placed and a customer would like to cancel, the customer has 24 hours to do so with a $50.00 processing fee deducted from the total.
